Are you tired… or mentally overloaded?

Not all tiredness comes from the body. Sometimes the mind is the one that never rests.

There are days when you feel tired… even if you haven’t done “that much”.

You haven’t run. You haven’t carried weight. You haven’t made any obvious physical effort.

And still, everything feels heavy.

It’s hard to concentrate
It’s hard to start
It’s hard to rest

Then the question appears:

👉 Am I really tired… or is something else going on?

Because not all tiredness comes from the body.

Sometimes it comes from the mind.

Overthinking
Constant decisions
Never stopping

We live in a state of constant stimulation.

Notifications. Content. Opinions. Expectations.

There is always something to process. Always something to attend to.

And even if you don’t notice it, that consumes energy.

Mental energy.

You’re not tired because of what you do…
but because of what you never stop processing.

👉 How much are you holding in your mind without realizing it?

Maybe you don’t need more rest…
maybe you need less noise.
